Clancys Bar Cork Limited T/A Clancys Bar Cork at Princess Street Cork City is looking for a product purchasing manager.
The products will be used internally and also for our group of restaurants. Minimum 2 years experience is required.
The main job duties are to source, research and acquire the necessary goods at the right quality, and quantity for the lowest price. Also negotiate contracts and review product quality.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and make sure the products are compliance and internal standards.
Candidate must be a hard-working and detail-oriented individual and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. The salary is 34,000 Euro/annum for 39 hours/week.
