Contractor Requirements:

Qualifications: Must be a Qualified Domestic Craft Plumber with RGII and OFTEC qualifications.
Experience: Must have experience in completing domestic heating upgrades and be familiar with SEAI Codes of Practice.
Skills: Professional, honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy. Must pay attention to details.
Presentation: Must be a clean and tidy tradesperson.
Initiative: Ability to use your own initiative is essential.
Health & Safety Requirements:

Documentation: Must have a Health and Safety Statement.
Insurance: Must have Public Liability Insurance of €6.5m and Employers Liability Insurance of €13m.
Operational Requirements: Must meet all operational health and safety requirements.
