We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Construction Site Managers to oversee residential construction projects in Dublin, Wicklow, and Kildare. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Responsibilities:• Manage all construction activities on site, including scheduling, quality control, and safety.• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.• Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.• Prepare reports and documentation on project progress.• Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled.• Manage and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and construction workers. Requirements:• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction management.• Excellent leadership and communication skills.• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
