We are currently looking for a highly skilled Construction Site Foreman/Manager to work on a development in Granard, Co. Longford Minimum requirements:• 5+ years’ experience in the role of construction site foreman/manager.• Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification.• Experience on housing developments• The position involves looking after internal & external works in houses such as dry-lining, plastering, mechanical & electrical, 2nd fix carpentry, groundworks etc.• Responsible for the day to day managing of the site.• Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.• Implement Health & Safety procedures.• Maintain RFIs and information for progressing the job.• Keeping materials to the direct staff workers• Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget.• Ensure subcontractors are managed in an effective manner.
