Building Services Engineer Mechanical / Electrical. The position involves Mechanical & Electrical Design & Consultancy on a broad range of projects in the Munster area including office blocks, industrial units and residential projects. Level 7/8 Degree in relevant dicipline required.  Successful candidate would work on medium and low voltage switchgear design and distribution, internal and external lighting design, IT and AV Systems, CAD, BIM, Revit, Airconditioning and Ventilation Design, Water Services and Heating Design, Building Simulation, Energy Evaluation and compliance with Building Regulations.
