Heavy Civils Foreman – water Experience   Definition: The person responsible for the management, supervision and coordination of site resources including sub-contractors to ensure all works are carried out safely, to a high standard of quality, on programme and within budget.   Responsibilities (The following is not an exhaustive list); Health and Safety ·         Understand the Safety Statement and ensure all works are undertaken in accordance with its requirements ·         Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, identify and rectify any defects in a timely manner and produce ‘Client Sign-off’ once works are satisfactorily completed.   Environmental Ensure Waste Management Permits are in place for all associated activities.Participate in internal site meetings as required and provide regular updates on the progress of works to the Site Agent/Project Manager.
