We are looking for a part time Admin / Office Assistant,
This roll will involve exporting data and reports to various systems, Creating purchase orders, Placing orders, invoicing and other ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of 2 years office administration experience
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English, both written and verbal.
.• Good IT skills including competent with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail
.• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
• Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team.
