Dublin Coach is entering into an exciting period of continued growth, development & expansion. As a result we are actively recruiting for new members to join our team and play their part in helping Dublin Coach reach new levels of success.

Currently we are recruiting for a Welder Fabricator / Mechanic with Coach and HGV experience to join our team.

The role will involve working on our regularly updated fleet of luxury coaches that include Mercedes, Scania, Setra, Vanhool and Volvo.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of our fleet of over 100 vehicles, ensuring they run in optimal condition
Day to day running repairs
Carrying out monthly inspections
Preparing for CVRT testing
Diagnosing faults and malfunctions
The Ideal candidate must have:

A HGV Mechanic qualification (Mandatory)
HGV experience - Bus & Coach experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
A HGV License- Bus License preferred.
A high level of technical knowledge.
Good communication skills, and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Experience working with:
Diagnostic systems
Gear boxes
ABS systems
Air Conditioning systems,
Electric installations
Door systems
Experience:

Mechanic: 2 years - Preferably working with Buses & Trucks
Diagnosis: 1 year - Preferred
HGV: 1 year - Preferred
License/Certification:

Suitable qualifications - Required
Relevant Licenses - Required
Location: Dublin 12

Shift: 10 Hours - Weekend work available but not required
